When you're ready to hang up your skis, retreat to the spa for a massage, and refuel with a gourmet meal and backcountry cocktail. There's a reason these are our Signature Trips.

Small Group

Plush lodges, a helicopter and a group with one shared goal: fresh, untracked snow. Round up a crew or come solo; either way small group trips maximize your mountain time with like-minded powder hounds.

Private Trips

Family Adventure

Whether your kids can out-ski you or want to come in early, they'll have a day they'll never forget. Give them a taste of powder and at the end of the day, if they want to head back to the lodge for fun and games, you can stay out on the slopes.

Ski Fusion: Heli-Skiing & Heli-Assisted Ski Touring

Why compromise when you can do it all? Spend a full 3.5 days Heli-Skiing and 3 days heli-assisted ski touring with a fusion trip. Soar to spectacular heights and tackle challenging ascents that’ll burn off your daily gourmet meals.

frequently asked questions

What kind of terrain can I expect? What's the pace of skiing?

At Monashees, expect tree skiing in giant old growth trees, and steep, north-facing consistently steep pitched runs that just keep going and going.

This tenure is best for skiers who prefer a fast pace.

How do I get to Monashee Lodge?

There are a number of ways you can get to the lodge. If you want to ride in one of the CMH coaches, you can download our arrival/departure travel information PDF; if you’d prefer to drive yourself to the helipad, download our self-driving map.

We also have a number of private transportation options if you’re looking for something more specialized. Visit our Transportation page to learn more.

What does the first day look like?

Upon arrival at the lodge, you will have some time to explore and get settled in your room - but not too settled! Now would be a good time to bring your boots to the shop to fit for skis/snowboard so you are ready to go. Dress warmly and meet in the skier entrance where our experienced guides will lead you through a safety and transceiver practice for approximately one hour. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing at your leisure. You will hear a bell when dinner is ready at 7:00PM. Enjoy your evening and rest up for your first day of skiing in the morning! There is no skiing/riding on your first day at the Monashees.

How do I cancel my trip?

Visit the Insurance/Cancellation page to view our full cancellation policy.

Is there Wi-Fi/cell service at the lodge? Do you have phones at the lodges?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge, as well as a computer area that you can use for internet browsing. Phones can be found in the computer area, and long-distance calling cards are available for purchase in our retail shop.

Do I have to pay a single supplement if I am traveling alone?

You are not required to pay a single supplement if you are a solo traveller; however, if you want to confirm a single room, you will need to pay an upgrade fee, which varies by lodge.
