quirkyour most unique lodge
convenienteasy to get to, hard to leave
Fun gets serious
With the best tenure in the Kootenays, the K2 Rotor Lodge has been described as “a darn good time.” And whether your idea of a good time entails quietly taking in the sunset or rowdily celebrating the sunrise, K2 Rotor Lodge can accommodate – and so can the funky lakeside town it calls home.
A skier and rider's dream
K2 is known for its mix of open bowls, perfectly spaced trees - and for the adventurous - playful pillows, steeps and drops. While you're enjoying limitless lines through the glades, you might even run into the K2 ski team. And with over 1,400 sq. km of terrain, you'll be playing in powder all day, every day.

Not a Heli-Skier?
If your spouse or friend isn’t a skier, they can still come along for the ride – the quirky lakeside location is anything but boring. The amenity-packed lodge is a great place to wile away your days, but so are the nearby natural hot springs, which guests are free to independently explore.
GET TO THE GOODS FASTER WITH SPECIAL TRANSPORT

Ready to Book at K2 Rotor Lodge?
Experience the classic Heli-Skiing trip CMH was built on. Glide across glaciers and float through remote glades with the company of 10 soon-to-be best friends. When you're ready to hang up your skis, retreat to the spa for a massage, and refuel with a gourmet meal and backcountry cocktail. There's a reason these are our Signature Trips.
Plush lodges, a helicopter and a group with one shared goal: fresh, untracked snow. Round up a crew or come solo; either way small group trips maximize your mountain time with like-minded powder hounds.
Whether your kids can out-ski you or want to come in early, they'll have a day they'll never forget. Give them a taste of powder and at the end of the day, if they want to head back to the lodge for fun and games, you can stay out on the slopes.
Steep Shots & Pillow Drops
Every skier and snowboarder has a style that is all their own. Our expert guides will give you the coaching you need to spot features and find the most dynamic line on any slope. Discover your own personal style as you take on rad drops or dad drops - or neither if you prefer.
