So close but feels so far
Do you dream of getting away from it all? Nestled in the wilderness, Bobbie Burns feels like it's at the edge of the world - but it's actually just a short trip from Calgary. Less time flying means more time for flights - of the wine variety - as Bobbie Burns is home to our largest wine cellar.
Render yourself speechless
Drop from the helicopter and pick your jaw up off the floor. The sheer size and potential of the mountains here might take your breath away, and that’s before you explore the high-alpine and rolling glacier terrain. The endless surprises, new challenges and seemingly bottomless snow are what keep CMH veterans returning year after year.

Not a Heli-Skier?
Bobbie Burns is suited to experienced skiers, but that doesn’t mean your non-skiing partner won’t have plenty to keep them occupied. The remote wilderness lends itself to snowshoeing adventures and cross-country skiing while the lodge overall lends itself to R&R.
Adventure has no off-season
Hike through alpine meadows and along sun-drenched ridges or get your heart rate up on the famous Mt. Nimbus Via Ferrata. Bobbie Burns is as exciting in the summer as it is under snow and is one of two lodges that hosts our stellar summer trips.

Ready to Book at Bobbie Burns Lodge?
Experience the classic Heli-Skiing trip CMH was built on. Glide across glaciers and float through remote glades with the company of 10 soon-to-be best friends. When you're ready to hang up your skis, retreat to the spa for a massage, and refuel with a gourmet meal and backcountry cocktail. There's a reason these are our Signature Trips.
Plush lodges, a helicopter and a group with one shared goal: fresh, untracked snow. Round up a crew or come solo; either way small group trips maximize your mountain time with like-minded powder hounds.
Ski Fusion: Heli-Skiing & Heli-Assisted Ski Touring
Why compromise when you can do it all? Spend a full 3.5 days Heli-Skiing and 3 days heli-assisted ski touring with a fusion trip. Soar to spectacular heights and tackle challenging ascents that’ll burn off your daily gourmet meals.
Classic Heli-Access Hiking
Take a 3- or 6-day trip through breathtaking scenery hardly anyone else has seen. You’ll catch a morning helicopter then spend the day exploring mountain ridges and meadows. As a group we’ll get so far off the beaten path that there aren’t any paths at all – then we’ll head back to civilization (and a very luxe lodge).
Indulge in one grand guided experience that spans two remote lodges (accessible by helicopter only) and Canada's Columbia Mountains. Start your adventure at the Bobbie Burns Lodge, then heli-hop to the Bugaboos Lodge, all the while exploring the world's most glorious glaciers and mountain terrain.
