Chef Sauter hails from Switzerland. His illustrious international career includes stopovers in Switzerland, Japan, Hungary, the United States & Canada. This impressive and varied background is clearly evident in Chef Sauter’s creative approach to his fresh market cuisine.
CMH Bobbie Burns Chef, David Weslowski
Chef Weslowski has worked with CMH for over 20 years. His vast experience also includes stints as a custom caterer and private chef for notable dignitaries and celebrities. His creations are inspired by the magnificent alpine setting in which he works, with playful & imaginative dishes.

Pâtissier Goulet-Abitan is most certainly the face and future of culinary creativity. His enthusiasm and energy are reflected in the decadent and inventive pastry creations with which he delights CMH guests every day.
The trip includes 2.5 days of Heli-Hiking in the majestic Canadian wilderness and, as if that weren’t enough, every evening lodge guests will be treated to a culinary celebration in our stunning backcountry lodge. On the first night, Post Hotel & Spa Executive Chef Hans Sauter will create a multi course gourmet tasting menu. On the second night, acclaimed CMH chef David Weslowski and pastry chef Jonathan Goulet-Abitan will pick from their favourite mountain specialties. And to top it all off, on the third night both head chefs will combine efforts to create an amazing final feast.
