<h3>CMH Heli-Skiing Offers A Wide Range Of Heli-Skiing Trip Choices</h3> <p>CMH has been taking guests <a href="/heli-skiing">Heli-Skiing in BC</a> for over 40 years. Over time, we've evolved our Heli-Ski & Heli-Boarding program to offer you more choices, and we continue to add new trips to our roster each year. For details about our different options, see below. Call us at 1.800.661.0252 and we'll help you create your perfect week of Heli-Skiing.</p> <h3>Signature CMH Heli-Ski & Heli-Boarding Vacations</h3> <p>We operate Heli-Skiing and Heli-Boarding trips of varying lengths out of our <a href="/heli-skiing/lodges">12 lodges</a>. Each lodge is unique in its setting, and each lodge offers CMH guests access to the world's greatest deep powder skiing and riding amidst spectacular wilderness scenery. </p> <p>At most lodges, we ski in groups of 11 skiers with one guide, based on ability level and desire – adjustments to groups may be made as required. Our skillful and <a href="/heli-skiing/safety/guides">experienced guides</a> are expert at finding spectacular terrain to suit all levels of skier. </p> <p>Depending on conditions, we typically start the day around 9:00 am and end around 4:00 pm with an outdoor lunch break. Opportunities to return to the lodge may be available throughout the day. <br />  </p> <h3><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/nomads">Nomads Trips </a></h3> <p>These are <strong>the most dynamic and flexible trips</strong> ever offered by CMH! Spanning both the Selkirk and Monashee ranges, ski or ride through up to six separate CMH Heli-Skiing Areas and travel to seldom skied terrain. Powder Intro groups comprise ten skiers who work with two specially-trained guides, allowing for practical instruction while skiing and, if necessary, splitting the group according to ability. Powder Intro weeks are offered throughout the season. </p> <p align="right"><strong><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/powder-intro">>Learn more about Powder Intro Programs.</a></strong><br />  </p> <h3><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/powder-masters">Powder Masters</a></h3> <p>Our passion for Heli-Skiing does not fade, even as our knees, backs and other bio-mechanical hot-spots show signs of wear. We designed our Powder Masters program, under the expert direction of <a href="/about/family/guides"><strong>Roko Koell</strong></a>, to keep our guests on the slopes for as long as the spirit is willing. </p> <p>Powder Masters emphasizes quality of over quantity of skiing. Two guides and a maximum of ten guests per group ensure a high level of personal attention. Powder Masters weeks are offered throughout the season. </p> <p align="right"><strong><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/powder-masters">>Learn more about Powder Masters Programs.</a></strong><br />  </p> <h3><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/ski-touring">Helicopter Assisted Ski Touring</a></h3> <p>After a couple of trial runs in 2009 CMH has expanded our Ski Touring options. For 2010 CMH will offer Heli-Assisted Ski Touring in 3 areas: <a href="/heli-skiing/lodges/adamants">CMH Adamants</a>, <a href="/heli-skiing/lodges/monashees">CMH Monashees</a> and <a href="/heli-skiing/lodges/bugaboos">CMH Bugaboos</a>. Our 10 Ski Touring guests and 2 guides share the lodge with our Heli-Ski guests and get one lift out in the morning, a full day of touring and a flight back to the lodge in time for Tea Goodie.</p> <p><strong><em>Note:</em></strong> CMH now offers 5 and 7-day touring options. </p> <p align="right"><strong><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/ski-touring">>Learn more about Ski Touring.</a></strong><br /> <h3><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/powder-max">Powder Max</a></h3> <p>CMH offers Powder Max Heli-Skiing in 3 areas: <a href="/heli-skiing/lodges/kootenay">CMH Kootenay</a>, <a href="/heli-skiing/lodges/monashees">CMH Monashees</a> and <a href="/heli-skiing/lodges/bobbieburns">CMH Bobbie Burns</a>. Powder Max is small group heli-skiing (three or four groups of five skiers plus one guide) supported by a Bell 407 six-passenger helicopter. This makes for quick lifts and opportunities to ski challenging lines.</p> <p> Additional skiing above the guarantee is $120/1,000 metres (3,280 feet) and refunds are $125/1,000 metres (3,280 feet). </p> <p><strong><em>Note:</em></strong> CMH now offers 3-, 4-, and 7-day options. </p> <p align="right"><strong><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/powder-max">>Learn more about Powder Max Programs.</a></strong><br />  </p> <h3><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/play">Pay As You Play</a></h3> <p>We can't control the conditions for any given week. But will can offer you a chance to <strong>Pay As You Play</strong>. This trip allows you to pay only for what YOU choose to ski -- as much or as little as you want, and as conditions permit. Your initial cost covers accommodation, meals and services. You are only charged based on how much you ski.</p> <p>Trips come with no guaranteed footage, and you will be charged to ski at a rate of $145/1,000 metres (3,280 vertical feet). </p> <p><strong>Please note:</strong> We create several opportunities to return to the lodge throughout the day, but cannot guarantee a ride in after every run.</p> <p><strong>CMH now offers 3-, 4- and 7-day trips during Pay As You Play weeks.</strong> </p> <p align="right"><strong><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/play">>Learn more about Pay As You Play Programs.</a></strong><br />  </p>  <h3><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/family">Family Trips</a></h3> <p>Our <strong><em>Family Trips</em></strong> are designed for families with 12- to 17-year old skiing kids. </p> <p>Families begin the day skiing together, but kids can return to the lodge when they tire to participate in various fun, supervised indoor and outdoor activities. In the evening, our chefs cook up a grand family dinner, with special meals for the kids. A group of 10 guests and 2 guides will divide their week between 4 days of Heli-Skiing and 3 days of Ski Touring. A great introduction to Ski Touring and Heli-Skiing.</p> <p>Guaranteed footage for your 4 days of Heli-Skiing is 17,500 metres (57,000 feet). </p> <p align="right"><strong><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/ski-fusion">>Learn more about Ski Fusion.</a></strong><br />  </p> <h3><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/shred">CMH / TransWorld Shred Sessions</a></h3> <p>In January and March 2010, TransWorld and CMH will team up for Shred Sessions at <a href="/heli-skiing/lodges/monashees">CMH Monashee Lodge</a>. These trips are open to anyone with strong riding skills and an appetite for powder. You shred the terrain of your dreams along with a legendary pro, CMH guides, and the Transworld crew. <br /> </p> <br /> <p>Ten riders, 1 pro, 1 guide. Board giveaways, bonfires, and guaranteed vertical are all part of the deal. </p> <p align="right"><strong><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/shred">>Learn more about Shred Sessions.</a></strong><br />  </p> <h3><a href="/heli-skiing/trips/steep">Steep Skiing Week</a></h3> <p>Our Steep Skiing Week is designed for skiers and snowboarders looking for a challenge on seriously steep terrain. The trip runs in late April in the <a href="/heli-skiing/lodges/cariboos">Cariboos </a>, when snow conditions are most stable and days are longer, offering better access to challenging terrain. <strong><br> Watch our <a href="/multimedia/slideshows">slideshow</a> and <a href="/multimedia/videos">videos</a> to see what kind of terrain we're talking about.</strong></p> <p>You must be a strong, confident skier or rider – comfortable on double black diamond runs at resorts like Whistler and Jackson Hole and able to cope with tighter terrain (i.e. couloirs).
