Valemount Lodge was built in 1998, however this exclusive private heli-skiing program has operated in the region for over 20 years. Within the walls of this beautifully designed post and beam lodge, harbors CMH's best kept secret.

From Calgary our clients are flown by private plane directly to Valemount or Jasper, weather permitting. Once at the Lodge, guests enjoy private rooms with private baths and balconies. Additionally, wireless internet is available throughout the facilities, as well as cell phone coverage.

Flexibility is prevalent in all areas of the Valemount operation, including the ski program. At their disposal our clients have two guides and one helicopter, allowing them to explore the Cariboo Mountain range like no one else. This region offers extensive alpine terrain and incredible tree skiing. Danny Stoffel (Area Manager) has been navigating this terrain for over 25 years. The Valemount guiding team can ski, snowboard and speak five languages.

Given all Valemount has to offer it is not an easy lodge to get into. A great way to come and experience what makes Valemount so special, is to participate in one of our public openings in December.

Valemount Lodge’s beautiful design, fine amenities, and secluded location—away from town but easily accessible by road—make it one of CMH’s most coveted places. Valemount is booked years ahead, with a waiting list for almost every week of the season.

We ski in the vast Cariboos, enjoying the range’s wide variety of terrain, from long, steep, exhilarating tree runs to wide-open glaciers. The lodge’s private groups enjoy the use of their own helicopter and two guides, allowing for a high degree of flexibility and unlimited skiing.
