This 3 day yoga retreat welcomes beginners and experienced hikers and yoga practitioners alike. Anne Douglas, Senior Level Yoga Instructor, will guide you through morning yoga sessions designed to prepare your body for the day ahead as well as an afternoon post-hike yoga stretch down. On-mountain yoga and meditation will open you to the deep stillness and tranquility of your natural surroundings and of your own true nature.

Two evening sessions will explore the Peak Experience through discussion, meditation and the practice of iRest-Yoga Nidra. This exquisite combination coupled with 2 1/2 days of heli-hiking in extraordinary wilderness will leave you nourished by the flavours of heaven on earth.
