Bodacious Yoga
Meredith Marotta designs and leads our Bodacious Yoga session for all levels from experienced to no experience at all. The beautiful surroundings of the Bugaboo mountains add to the ambiance of our yoga practice. Feel the vibe of the outdoors in every class from Sunrise Yoga to our longer afternoon sessions.
On our last full day at the lodge relax as Meredith guides you through a rejuvenating yoga class and a personalized meditation to a place of inner peace.

Hello Bodacious Women!
I love being Bodacious! Hosting our Bodacious in the Bugaboos trips is one of the highlights of my entire year. It's because of all the fantastic women who come on the trips. Being Bodacious is about the connections we make, the friendships we keep and the outrageous fun we share. When a group of women is tucked away at one of CMH's luxurious, remote lodges, surrounded by breath-taking beauty, something magical happens. Our spirits soar and we connect in a very special way.
Our Bodacious trips are a celebration of women of all ages and stages. Whether you are a "weekend walker" or a hard-core adventure seeker, there is a Bodacious trip for you.
By day we wake up our bodies with yoga or a core strengthening stretch. We conquer hiking trails with our guides. By night we share stories and laugh 'til out sides hurt over wine tasting, cocktails and 5-star meals. This summer we welcome Meredith Marotta as our yoga instructor on both Bodacious in the Bugaboos - Classic trips while Margo Sutter and Cindy Pocza bring fun and a zest for life to you as trip hosts of Bodacious BOLD! at our Bobbie Burns Lodge.

Bodacious - BOLD in the Bobbie Burns

Join Bodacious BOLD hosts Margo Sutter and Cindy Pocza for a Core & Cork experience in the Bobbie Burns. In addition to opportunities to climb the Mt. Nimbus Via Ferrata or take in some of the other adventure elements and fabulous heli-hiking in the Bobbie Burns, Margo and Cindy will introduce some core strength fun and some wine tasting each evening!
