<p><strong>There are 2 easy ways to book your trip, online or by phone. If you have any questions please email us at <a href="mailto:info@cmhinc.com">info@cmhinc.com</a> or give us a call at 1.800.661.0252.</strong> </p> <div id="vertical_container" > <h4 class="accordion_toggle">Method 1 - Online</h4> <div class="accordion_content"> <h4>Step 1 - Select a Trip</h4> <p>Visit the <a href="/heli-hiking/dates-and-prices">Heli-Hiking Dates & Prices Page</a> to choose a trip and dates that you're interested in, as well as two or three alternatives. </p> <br><h4>Step 2 - Complete the Reservation Form</h4> <p>Fill in all relevant details on our <a href="/heli-hiking/book">convenient online form</a>. One of our trip planners will get back to you to confirm everything.</p> <p><em><strong>Note:</strong> If you're contacting us on behalf of a group of hikers, include the names and contact information for all hikers if available. </em></p> </blockquote> <br><h4>Step 3 - Submit your deposit</h4> <p>To confirm your reservation, we require a $300 (Canadian), per-person, non-refundable deposit within 30 days of your booking (Amex, MasterCard or VISA)</p> <br><h4>Step 4 - Submit your final payment</h3> <p>Final payment is due eight weeks prior to the trip’s departure date. A request for final payment will be mailed to you before this deadline. If final payment is not received, we will regretfully assume that you no longer require your reservation and will resell your space. Please allow at least two weeks for mail delivery.</p> <p><strong>Recommendation: </strong>We recommend purchasing <a href="/publisher_page_files/0000/0047/cancellation_policy.pdf" target="_blank">cancellation insurance</a>.
