Why CMH Cariboos?
Two CMH Guides Per Group
No wonder the Cariboos were Hans Gmoser’s pick for the second CMH lodge. These big-shouldered mountains are the northern most sub-range of the snow-rich Columbias. Valley slopes are remarkably consistent in the Cariboos, as is the abundant snowfall in the North Thompson Valley, making superb Heli-Skiing conditions last late into the spring. With the nearest runs just outside the door, you are able to ski in most weather conditions.
The Cariboo Lodge is a classic, remote backcountry lodge with lots of history and spectacular views. The lodge is warm and cozy and very inviting.
If a large variety of terrain and types of trips is what you are looking for along with the additional flexibility and service with two guides in a group then you should consider the Cariboos.
New for 2014-15
Two guides in every group at CMH Cariboos. This allows the flexibility to better cater to the needs of every skier and increase the level of service we offer, whether it’s a helping hand for guests who need assistance, coaching for skiers at any level, splitting the group to ski different lines, or just giving the faster skiers a chance to let ‘er rip for a run.
