First Timers and Families: Take Flight.
Open the door to a life long obsession.
Whether you are new to Heli-Skiing or considering a family vacation with different skier abilities – amazing adventures await.
If you are a strong intermediate skier in a resort setting, you are ready to float through your first turns in deep powder. The experts at Powder University will coach you through the first turns and offer personalized instruction to get you comfortable skiing our wilderness terrain. You’ll also find the camaraderie of the group to be a great source of encouragement as you master new skills together.
We video every session and review film each night so you can develop the technique, timing and confidence to experience the thrill of the backcountry.
Bring your kids on the vacation of a lifetime. The options are endless for you and your family. Whether your kids want to out-ski you in the mountains or come in early for some fun around the lodge, their stoke will be almost as high as yours. Welcome to the world’s largest playground.
Powder 101: Intro Heli-Skiing
This adventure is designed to introduce strong intermediate skiers to deep snow skiing. Our expert instruction will power you past the initial hurdles to develop the skills, technique and confidence to lay fresh tracks fit to photograph.
Heli-Skiing is an amazing vacation many parents are excited to share with their kids. That’s why we offer Family Trips with 12- to 17-year-old skiing kids. They can get a taste of powder skiing and return to the lodge any time to enjoy fun, supervised, indoor and outdoor activities: treasure hunts, snowball fights, board games, movie nights and more. Younger children who won’t be skiing are also welcome if you provide childcare. Evenings are spent together with family-style meals including special dishes for the kids.
Share your love of powder with the next generation! These action-packed trips are all about skiers and boarders ages 12-25. When they join an adult on the trip, the Next Gen skier is half price for half the guaranteed vertical feet.
Powder 101: Girl Powder
Taking first turns with a supportive group of ladies is a great way to find your powder legs and build your confidence. We set a comfortable, common pace and learn to rip powder with a level of encouragement that can only come from a tight group of females. We call it Girl Pow(d)er.
