All of our staff, from the office folks in Banff, and our housekeepers and chefs in the lodges, to our mountain guides in the field, are a dedicated group of people who are passionate about the mountains and providing our guests with exceptional mountain experiences.

In summer 2004 we introduced a new comment card to help gather feedback from our guests. The results speak for themselves! A few highlights:

94% of our guests rated their overall experience 5/5! (Our average score was 98.8%)
95% of our guests rated the lodge staff 5/5 (Average score was 98.8%)
91% of our guests rated guide knowledge 5/5 (Average score was 98.2%)
98%of our guests indicated that they would come back to CMH

Our comment card program will continue throughout the winter.

A testament to their dedication and commitment, many of our staff from all across CMH are involved in our Second Nature program. Established in 2000, this is an employee-driven initiative designed to link all of our operations, training, research, and business development to our corporate vision and goals for operating in a sustainable manner.
