Connie MacDonald – Director of People
Connie's responsibilities focus on recruiting, retaining and developing the best team of people to deliver outstanding mountain experiences to our guests. She deals with special projects, publications, and training, as well as community outreach, public relations and donations. Connie is also managing internal communications and joined CMH in 2003.
Chris Mink - Hospitality Manager
Chris keeps an eye on day to day operations of all the Hospitality Services while connecting with the Area Management teams to improve and evolve our standards and services for our guests and employees in the field. Chris came to CMH in 2006 and worked in the field for 4 years.
Barb Fackelmayer – Project Coordinator
Barb works predominantly with the Director of People and the Employee Services team, but her role extends to providing support for all Directors and Managers to increase communication, accountability and overall effectiveness. Barb has been with CMH since 2008.
Jo-Dean Payson – Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
Jo-Dean handles everything that has to do with payroll and employee benefits, including Workers' Compensation, RSPs and accident insurance. She joined CMH in July 2002.
Nancy Provost – Payroll Assistant
Nancy is the go-to girl if you need any payroll information. She keeps a close eye on the daily input of payroll data and started with CMH in 2009.
