Joe Flannery is the new kid on our block. He joined the CMH team in Dec 2012 bringing a diverse and impressive array of experiences to our company. Joe has held senior leadership positions for some of the world’s leading brands including Nike, adidas and The North Face. He has also worked in private equity with various start-up companies. A global citizen, Joe has lived and worked in various European and North American cities and he and his family will be living in Alberta and based out of our Banff office. His passion for the job and the CMH culture is already evident judging by the four pairs of skis in his office and his enthusiastic (and regular) declaration that he has the best job in the world!

A long time CMH-er, Rob started with CMH in 1984 as a guide and worked from 1990 – 2001 as the manager of the Bobbie Burns Lodge. In 2001 he made the big leap from the field to the office, to head up Mountain Operations. Rob is an IFMGA mountain guide and an accomplished climber and mountain biker. Always calm and cool, Rob's style is inspiring and his experience is a great asset to the Administration team.

A Swiss chef and chocolate-maker by trade; Jori joined CMH in 1984 and now oversees Hospitality Services as well as all major construction projects. Jori is a high-energy guy and his responsibilities take him in many directions. When not working Jori likes to savour a glass or two of fine wine and is usually running, riding, or chasing his kids around.

General Legal Counsel, Marketing Master, fixer, creative guy and raconteur extraordinaire – this guy does it all and he does it with chutzpah. Marty is responsible for CMH's marketing and all pre trip details that impact our guests. A life-long Banff boy, Marty was a ski racer and tennis instructor, and earned a law degree at the University of Calgary. He joined CMH in 1986, after a 3-year stint behind a desk in a local law office and now claims to have the best job in the world –compared to most lawyers, he's probably right!

Connie joined CMH in 2003, after nine years at The Banff Centre, to manage our public relations and internal communications. In 2008 Connie moved into a new role becoming the first Director of People at CMH. Her new responsibilities focus on recruiting, retaining and developing the very best team of people to deliver outstanding mountain experiences to our guests. A long-time Banff resident, Connie is an active community member and a passionate mountain gal who thrives on all that the Bow Valley has to offer.
